1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and mmbet ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing mmbet.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the mmbet platform, including visitors, registered users, and players who have made deposits. mmbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the mmbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mmbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of mmbet is lawful in your location.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of mmbet or any of its technology providers. Employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to hold player accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling services. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from mmbet or any other gambling platform and that exclusion period is still active, you are not permitted to register or access mmbet.

mmbet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not met. Where an account is closed for eligibility reasons, any balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds and winnings derived from ineligible play will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on mmbet. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. To complete registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account authentication, withdrawal verification, and customer support contact.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. mmbet will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Accurate date of birth information confirming you are 21 years of age or older. mmbet may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time during the life of your account.
• Agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to mmbet's Privacy Policy. Completing the registration process constitutes your explicit acceptance of both documents in their current form.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on mmbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mmbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however mmbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the player having completed KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for bKash and Nagad, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits made but not used for wagering may be subject to a processing fee at mmbet's discretion where there is evidence of deposit fraud, chargeback abuse, or money laundering activity.
• mmbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. mmbet has no control over third-party provider fees.

Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings under applicable Bangladeshi law. mmbet does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified professional if you have questions about the tax treatment of gambling winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mmbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions including offers tied to BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the main cash balance. Winnings generated from bonus play are credited to the main balance only once the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. mmbet reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is made before the wagering requirement has been met. Cash balance funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
• mmbet may at its sole discretion withhold or void bonus awards where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion between players.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap and wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings that exceed the stated maximum win cap will be reduced to the cap value without exception.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on mmbet are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules where stated. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mmbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where mmbet itself has made a manifest error in the display of odds or market information.
• Where mmbet has made a manifest error — including but not limited to: grossly incorrect odds, display of incorrect match information, or technical malfunction — mmbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured unless the bet relates to an outcome that has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per player. The applicable limits are displayed in the relevant betting market. Wins exceeding the payout limit will be paid up to the limit only, with the excess amount forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

mmbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools that are available to every account holder at no charge. These tools are designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity and spending.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and must wait until the next day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) before logging in again.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended and cannot be used for any betting or casino activity. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting mmbet support via live chat on mmbet.vu. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the player's account is permanently locked and no new account may be registered using the same identity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

mmbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of that right, the following conduct will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point including KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, on the mmbet platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, manipulate game outcomes, engage in collusion with other players, use automated betting software (bots), or employ any strategy designed to circumvent the integrity of the platform.
• Any conduct that mmbet reasonably believes to constitute money laundering, fraud, or a violation of applicable law. In such cases, mmbet may be required to report the activity to relevant authorities and will co-operate fully with any investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mmbet platform — including but not limited to: the mmbet brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of mmbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any mmbet content without prior written consent. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use mmbet for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, technical errors, or delays in payment processing. mmbet's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the player's cash balance at the time the claim arose.

mmbet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mmbet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content on the platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

mmbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mmbet will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are of significant impact to players, mmbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via a platform notification or by email if an email address is held on file.

Your continued use of the mmbet platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting mmbet support. Any bets or transactions already in progress at the time of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in effect when those bets or transactions were initiated.
